1. The fabric layer of the lining fire hose hose should be woven evenly and the surface should be clean; no double warp, broken double warp, weft jump or scratches.
2. Lining The thickness of the lining (or covering layer) of the fire hose hose should be uniform, and the surface should be smooth and flat, without wrinkles or other defects.
3. The nominal size and tolerance of the inner diameter of the lining fire hose hose should meet the requirements of Table 1.
4. The length and dimensional tolerance of the hose should meet the requirements of Table 2.
5. The design working pressure and pressure resistance value of the hose should not be lower than the requirements in Table 3.
6. The mass per unit length of the hose.
(1) For hoses with design working pressures of 0.8 MPa, 1.0 MPa, 1.3 MPa, 1.6 MPa, the mass per unit length shall not exceed the provisions of Table 4.

(2) For hoses with a design working pressure of 2.0 MPa and 2.5 MPa, the mass per unit length shall not exceed the provisions of Table 5. [2]
7. For hoses with design working pressures of 0.8MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.3MPa, 1.6MPa, the axial elongation and diameter expansion rate should not be greater than 5% under the design working pressure. For hoses with design working pressures of 2.0MPa and 2.5MPa, their axial elongation and diameter expansion rate should not be greater than 8% under the design working pressure.
8. Under the action of water pressure, when viewed along the direction of water flow, the hose should not be twisted counterclockwise. Under the design working pressure, the degree of torsion should not be greater than that specified in Table 6.
9. Under 0.8MPa water pressure, bend the hose into an arc with an outer radius as specified in Table 7, and there should be no obvious wrinkles on the inner side of the curved part.
10. After the adhesion test is carried out according to 4 and 6, there should be no adhesion between the linings (or between the covering layers).
11. After conducting the low temperature resistance test according to 4 and 7, the hose should be able to unfold immediately without curling, and be able to be wound up again, and there should be no leakage under the design working pressure.
12. The lining (or covering layer) should have the following physical and mechanical properties.
(1) Adhesion strength
The adhesion strength between the fabric layer of the hose and the lining (or covering layer) should not be less than 20N/25mm.
(二) Elongation at break
The elongation at break of the hose lining (or covering layer) should be greater than the elongation at break of the fabric layer.
(3) Hot air aging
After the hot air aging test according to 4, 8, 1, and 3, the burst pressure of the hose and the adhesion strength of the lining (or cover) should not be less than 75% of the value measured before aging.
